º Not that anyone asked for
or wanted this but I have put together a 3 cd set collection
of my music and radio bits. Included are tunes that go back to
1980! Some of these tunes got airplay, some I just use to annoy
occassional houseguests. Now you can be audio-offended without
ever setting foot in my house, think of the saved air-fare.
º Over the years I have been
fortune enough to have been guided by some fabulous talents:
- Bughouse was Bob
Cornelison on drums, Tony Young on bass/vocals, Ray 'Ha-Ha' Hanna
on keys/vocals and me as Eddy, Lunch, Arty Lunch and Curtis(Coitus)
Lee Zaaxe on guitars/vocals/keys.
- The High Wire Radio Chior
was Kevin Aspell, Doug Ferrari and Ray Hanna.
- Eddy Lunch and the Luncheonette's
were Tony Young, Bobby C. and various guests and fill ins. While
playing Eddy Lunch I became disgusted by his (my) ego dramatics,
as he (I) got some airplay and more groupies. I decided his identical
twin, Arty was a much more desirable character to play even though
he was merely borderline talented ... So I had Eddy killed, since
we were identical twins I fronted the band as Eddy. Pop culture
being fickled, the crowds stop coming and now Arty remains a
'never was.'
- Sound as a Weapon Studio
Orchestra was Tony Young and myself, yes sometimes the
orchestra was just me as Tony often had better paying gigs. Guests
included: Andy Doerschuck, Robbie (Noddin' Out)Hoddinot, Joe
Mac, Norman Salant, Dale Wright, Bobby C., Dan Miller, John Blakely,
D.C. Duncan, Jimmy Carl Black.
º As I became harder and harder
to work with live, no less being in the studio, sending tapes
in the mail to complete became a better bet. Now living on Isle
de Galvez, Mejico Norte (Galveston, TX) I have settled in and
record in my home.
