'Somewhere In Time' is what I call this piece as it
was inspired by Christopher Reeve and his movie by the
same name.

Dance took on a whole new meaning to me as
an art form after I saw Christopher's face during a
tribute performance where a male ballet dancer rolled
his body up a silk wrapping to the top of the stage,
and then back down again, exhibiting pure physical
grace. I saw in that wheelchair bound man the pure
longing to simply move again and how the beauty of
that moment touched him so... he was still able to
dance with his spirit, I saw it in his face. I had
never seen a bound man fly before, and that is what
led me to embrace the ballet with such passion.
