     Each ballet camp will focus on a popular ballet. Participating students will learn the story behind the ballet, study basic ballet movements, learn ballet terminology, watch clips from Galveston Ballet’s performances, and participate in arts and crafts activities. On the last day of class, the students will give a short demonstration of what they have learned.

    These camps are a great way for your child to sample ballet class and see if they would be interested in studying classical ballet and performing in our 2008 – 2009 season. Camp size is limited to between four to ten students.

    Please complete and return this registration form with the non refundable registration fee of $25. You may either drop your registration off at our studio at 2301 Market or mail it to Galveston Ballet at P.O. Box 594, Galveston, TX 77553. Please return your June registration by Saturday, May 24th   and your July registration by Saturday June 21st. The registration fee will reserve your place in camp and will be applied to the balance of the tuition.

    Galveston Ballet also offers summer classes for company, pointe, and intermediate level adults.
